Caravan Travel & Style Magazine is looking for passionate, creative individuals who are willing to commit ~3 hours/week to collaborating on content of the highest quality. If you fit this description, we invite you to apply to one or more of the following categories through the available Google forms listed below. In Spring 2024, Caravan traveled Palm Springs and Joshua Tree for our next issue. If you are selected to join our team, you will partake in the remaining creation of the Palm Springs Issue through a Berkeley Connect project (see past issues like Las Vegas for examples), in addition to settling into the club. Beginning Fall 2024, you will partake in our semesterly travel. Traveling with Caravan offers students the unique experience of covering an article on location while bonding with like-minded, creative undergraduates in a small, family-like atmosphere.

Editors
Editors are in charge of producing the written content (articles, essays, online-exclusive pieces) for our club. This involves idea generation, drafting, writing, revising, and copy editing. Editors are expected to be highly proficient in writing, particularly in creative narrative, though no professional past experience is required.

PHOTOGRAPHERS
Photographers are responsible for all photos associated with the organization. You are expected to be able to demonstrate proficiency in shooting with your own equipment (DLSR/digital, film, etc), editing these photos in Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop (or another photo editor of your choosing), and collaborating on edits and revisions with the editorial and design team.

Designers
Designers have the crucial role of tying together the written and visual content of the magazine. Anyone with experience in visual design of any capacity is invited to apply, although previous experience in publication or visual media design would give an advantage to your consideration for the team.
